With over 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education, and Behavior Management, Eboni has dedicated her career to empowering children with autism and supporting families through personalized, compassionate care.
Eboni’s professional journey began as a special education teacher, where she discovered her passion for working with children with developmental needs. Over the years, she expanded her role to include therapist, coach, and mentor, gaining invaluable experience across schools, clinics, and homes. Her dynamic career has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges families face and the strategies needed to create meaningful growth.
What truly defines Eboni’s approach is her innovative mindset and commitment to making therapy not only effective but also joyful and life changing. She believes that learning should be both impactful and memorable so that children carry these positive experiences with them for a lifetime.
