The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a graduate level certification. Professionals who are certified at this level are autonomous practitioners providing behavior-analytic interventions. BCBA’s supervise the work of BCaBAs, RBTs, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
