Open Positions
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 therapy to children using play-based ABA techniques.
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
- Collect data and complete session notes.
Qualifications:
- RBT certification (or willingness to complete certification).
- A passion for working with children with autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and train RBTs to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification required.
- Experience in ABA therapy with a focus on early intervention.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
