Creating Confident Children
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Masters in Psychology, Child and Adolescent Concentration; advocating for all children, no matter their developmental stage, is a lifelong mission of mine.
I have worked consecutively as a teacher, therapist, coach and mentor in education for 10+ years, with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education and Behavior Management. Additionally, I am a member of the Association of Professional Behavior Analyst (APBA), the Black Applied Behavior Analyst (BABA) and the Illinois Association of Behavior Analyst (ILABA).
I’ve gained a lot of experience working with children, their parents, teachers and the community to fulfill roles in various mental health, education, and social service domains which has allowed me to nurture a passion for truly making a difference in the lives of families I work with. Determined to share my passion and experience I founded Colorful Minds ABA, a private practice supporting families and improving the social and emotional well-being of young people through connection, compassion and commitment.
The work I do is very important to the families of children with developmental disabilities. Daily I get to witness lightbulb moments, the emergence of new skills, growth in confidence, the strengthening of social skills and the reduction of problem behaviors.
There are many ways we can work together; I welcome and look forward to connecting with you. To learn more about Colorful Minds ABA, get in touch with me today or visit the website for more information.

What Our Parents Are Saying...
“Colorful Minds ABA has tremendously helped our son who was diagnosed with the Autism Spectrum at the age of 4. During that time, he was dealing with a lot of negative behavioral patterns and Ms. Eboni was monumental to help our son cope and work through it. The team worked to help improve his social skills, cognitive thinking, emotional behaviors and even helped him with self-esteem, acceptance and advocacy skills.”

“I just wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude for all you do to help my daughter continually grow and reach her full potential. So much of why she is such an incredibly awesome, attentive and sweet person (yes I’m biased :)), is because of the programming and resources you’ve introduced, the therapists you hold accountable to meet your high expectations and your own personal interactions with her, which by the way, she loves “working with Ms.E”.
Parent
“I like working with Colorful Minds because it’s a great company to work for. The staff is very supportive, they’re all very passionate about the line of work that they do. Working with the families and establishing good relationships with clients is of importance. We go above, and beyond for our clients, we try to take into consideration their needs, their beliefs, their cultural backgrounds, and we individualize the programs. I also like working at Colorful Minds because I feel that my opinions are valued, that I am heard, that I get supported to progress in my career, and to achieve my professional goals.”

“I knew my daughter needed additional help, but I didn’t know where to turn. I had Eboni complete a classroom observation and was blown away with his insight into her needs. As a direct result of working with Eboni, she has made tremendous gains in all areas of development. I will be forever grateful for her ongoing work with our family.”
