We specialize in play-based, personalized ABA therapy to empower children and families across the Chicagoland area. Our dedicated team works hand-in-hand with families to help children build essential skills and reach their full potential.

Let us walk you through our straightforward process below.

Parents will complete required intake forms, consent forms, and provide supporting documents, including: Insurance card(s), Psychological reports or diagnostic evaluations, Medical Script.

Our intake coordinator will guide you through the process to ensure all requirements are met promptly.

Note: Services cannot begin until all forms and consents are submitted.

If no immediate availability: You will be notified when your child’s placement is available based on the order of completed intake packets.

We review and schedule on a first-come, first-served basis. Regular updates on your child’s status will be provided by our team.

We contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage for ABA services. Submit the required documentation for assessment authorization. Timelines may vary based on your insurance carrier, and our team will provide updates throughout the process.
Once pre-authorization is completed: We will contact you to schedule an assessment with one of our skilled BCBAs. The BCBA will conduct a consultation during this session to gather information about your child’s strengths, challenges, and goals.
The BCBA will evaluate your child’s communication, social, and adaptive skills using: Observations in structured and natural settings. Standardized assessments like the VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R. Input from parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in your child’s care. This assessment provides a detailed understanding of your child’s current skills and areas for growth.
A personalized treatment plan is created, focusing on areas such as communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.

The plan is developed collaboratively with parents and our multidisciplinary team to ensure it aligns with your child’s specific needs and goals.
The intake team will work with your family to confirm a schedule and determine a start date for services. Therapy sessions will be delivered by a team including a BCBA and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Scheduled parent training sessions are held with your BCBA. Parents learn strategies to manage behaviors, reinforce skills at home, and generalize progress to everyday.
