By staying aligned with the most current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis, we ensure each child receives modern, individualized therapy designed to support meaningful progress.
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Your child’s BCBA oversees their entire therapy program and ensures meaningful progress is being made.
• Creating and updating your child’s individualized treatment plan
• Setting goals based on your child’s unique needs
• Monitoring progress and adjusting programs as needed
• Supervising therapy sessions and guiding the therapy team
• Supporting parents and caregivers with strategies at home
RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
Your child’s RBT works one-on-one with them during therapy sessions to help teach and practice new skills.
• Implementing your child’s therapy plan created by the BCBA
• Working directly with your child during sessions
• Teaching communication, behavior, and daily living skills
• Collecting data to track progress
• Building a strong, supportive relationship with your child
